## ✅ **What You’ll Need:**

1. **Oculus Quest headset**

2. **Smartphone (Android preferred)**

3. **Wi-Fi connection (same network for both phone and headset)**

4. **Mobile VR Station (or another media utility if needed)**

5. **APK file** you want to install

6. **Developer Mode enabled** on your Quest

7. **Bugjaeger Mobile ADB or SideQuest Mobile (recommended)**

## 🔧 **STEP 1: Enable Developer Mode on Oculus Quest**

1. Download the **Meta Quest app** on your phone.

2. Log into your Oculus/Meta account.

3. Tap on **“Menu” > “Devices”** and connect your Quest headset.

4. Scroll and find **Developer Mode**.

5. Toggle **Developer Mode ON**.

6. If it asks you to register as a developer, go to [https://developer.oculus.com](https://developer.oculus.com), sign in, create an “organization,” and agree to terms.

## 📲 **STEP 2: Install Necessary Apps on Your Phone**

### Option A: **Bugjaeger Mobile ADB Tool** (Free or Paid – Android only)

* Go to the **Google Play Store**

* Download **Bugjaeger Mobile ADB**

### Option B: **SideQuest Mobile (If available)**

* Some users prefer **SideQuest** for its simple UI, but it can be finicky.

* Install from [https://sidequestvr.com](https://sidequestvr.com) if it's supported on your phone.

## 📁 **STEP 3: Download or Transfer the APK File**

1. Download the **APK file** of the Gorilla Tag copy to your phone.

2. You can find it online or receive it via link or file sharing.

3. Make sure it’s stored in an accessible location (like `Downloads`).

## 🔌 **STEP 4: Connect Your Quest to Your Phone via USB (and Allow Debugging)**

1. Plug your Quest headset into your phone using a **USB-C to USB-C** cable (or USB-A to C with an adapter).

2. Put on the headset and **allow USB debugging** when prompted.

* You can check **"Always allow from this device"** if you want to skip future prompts.

## 📦 **STEP 5: Install the APK Using Bugjaeger**

1. Open **Bugjaeger** on your phone.

2. Tap the **Plug icon** (to connect to the device).

3. Tap the **“+” button** or go to the **APKs tab**.

4. Choose **“Select APK file”**, browse your downloads, and pick your APK.

5. Tap **Install**. Wait until it says “Success.”

## 🥽 **STEP 6: Launch the App on Your Quest**

1. Put on your headset.

2. Go to your **Apps Library**.

3. In the filter at the top right, change from **“All”** to **“Unknown Sources.”**

4. You’ll see your newly installed APK there. Launch and enjoy!

## ✅ BONUS TIPS:

* If your APK needs additional files (OBB or folders), Mobile VR Station can help manage internal files, but most games work standalone.

* Be careful where you get APKs—use trusted sources only.

* You can uninstall the game anytime from the Oculus Settings > Storage > Unknown Sources.
